Order Processing

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped. During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or other circumstances that cause unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping

Shipping options and applicable costs are displayed during checkout based on your order and shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s service.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed because delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
